CREAPLUS strengthens its role as a major regional player with new vendors, reselling partners and new employees, contributing to the improvement of the cybersecurity situation in the Western Balkans and the DACH region.

CREAPLUS, one of the most important distributors of high-quality and technically sophisticated solutions in the Western Balkan countries, has achieved growth in 2024 with all of the vendors of information and cyber security solutions and services it represents, and has signed new distribution agreements. The highest growth in distribution activity was recorded with the Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solution Cynet and with the versatile Security Operations Centers (SOC) platform Stellar Cyber. The most successful segment in terms of revenue volume was Utimaco's Hardware Security Modules and related solutions such as Ascertia.

"The year 2024 was a turning point for CREAPLUS in the distribution business in several ways. Not only did we gain new quality vendors, enabling us to fully cover the planned measures of the NIS 2 directive, but we were also extremely successful in building our partner network in both the Western Balkans and DACH regions. In addition, we have helped our partners in the respective markets with our own know-how and experience to build SOC services for their customers," said Mitja Trampuž, CEO of CREAPLUS.

The difference between CREAPLUS and their competitors is the careful selection of solutions and services to meet the technical and commercial challenges and characteristics of regional businesses.

New distribution agreements have strengthened the offering of digital business security solutions in regional markets, ranging from cyber threat intelligence, Microsoft 365 cloud service management and physical protection of communication networks to identity and access management, digital certificates and zero trust.

The increased scale of the distribution business was also supported by staffing increases that will enable continued growth in 2025 and beyond. The company increased the number of employees by more than 10% last year, strengthening both the sales and services teams with certified technical experts. For this year, Trampuž expects an accelerated development of channel partners in all markets in the regions where each vendor is present.

More than box mover

CREAPLUS also differentiates itself from most similar distributors because of the value it adds by providing deployment support, technical support and training services to reseller partners and their customers.

"We are much more than just box movers. We offer our reseller partners a comprehensive service ranging from marketing and sales support to after-sales support in the form of implementation and maintenance, customer onboarding, as well as training for their technical and sales staff," said Trampuž.

CREAPLUS has confirmed its commitment to the highest standards of quality and information and cyber security by renewing its ISO 9001 Business Excellence and ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Risk Management certifications, and has announced the introduction of the ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management certification for 2025.
