CREAPLUS has been awarded the agency for CoreView solutions, which offer users of Microsoft 365 services efficient management, better utilisation of investments and reduced security risks.

CREAPLUS, one of Slovenia's leading information security companies, has offered users of Microsoft 365 services in the Balkan region an innovative CoreSuite solution for automating administrative tasks in Microsoft 365 cloud software services. CREAPLUS expands its offer of solutions to support NIS 2 measures with the new CoreView representation, as the accelerated growth of cloud use significantly increases the exposure of organisations to new threats. CoreView enables organisations to manage security risks in the cloud, increasing cyber security and resilience through improved configuration, privilege and usage management. CoreSuite's innovation also has significant financial and staffing implications. With improved visibility into the use of the region's most widely deployed cloud services, organisations can optimise licensing and save time. Automated processes allow IT departments to free themselves from time-consuming administrative tasks and focus on user support, improvements and the introduction of new IT solutions and services.

"Today, 45% of cyber incidents occur in the cloud, and 80% of organisations experienced a security incident while using cloud services last year. Current information security risk management systems are driven by threats to the local IT environment, which means that organisations urgently need solutions to manage cloud risks more effectively," said Mitja Trampuž, CEO of CREPALUS.

CoresSuite is a cloud application management solution for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). It enables organisations to manage access and authenticate users for a range of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365, Dynamics and Azure, as well as software services from other vendors.

CoreSuite serves as a central management interface between IT administrators and the Microsoft 365 platform. It extracts, organises and updates all performance-related data from the Microsoft Service Management System. Additionally, it can capture management data from on-premises Microsoft environments, providing administrators in organisations or managed service providers with a comprehensive view of their customers' Microsoft applications, regardless of whether they are hosted in the cloud or on-premises.

"Many incidents occur due to errors caused by overworked system administrators. CoreView provides organisations with the ability to offload the burden from their people through best practices and a high level of automation, thereby reducing the security gaps when using Microsoft services. These are some of the key cloud services used by enterprises in the region and require significant time from system administrators," Trampuz highlighted.

CoreSuite gives administrators operational control and the ability to automate the configuration and user management processes for Microsoft cloud services. This reduces security risks such as misconfigurations, exposure of sensitive data and excessive or unjustified privileges. At the same time, it enables the identification of shared individual identities, risky identities and other privilege exposures.

CoreSuite is currently used by over 30,000 IT administrators worldwide. In addition to enhanced security, it equips them with the tools to effectively oversee services in the Microsoft cloud and mitigate operational risks, such as ensuring configuration compliance, simplifying error resolution procedures, and determining user access based on minimum privilege. By enhancing control over the actual use of services and increasing the productivity of the IT team and end-users, the solution enables organisations to generate financial savings and plays a pivotal role in compliance with the European NIS 2 Directive.
