CREAPLUS presented solutions to strengthen cyber security and resilience at the international conference "S///:TOP konferencija - People Above Technology!" in cooperation with Coro and Stellar Cyber.
CREAPLUS justified its position in the regional market for cyber security and resilience solutions and services at the international conference "S//:TOP konferencija - People Above Technology!".
Mitja Trampuž, CEO of CREAPLUS and Vice-Chairman of the Cybersecurity Section of the Association for Informatics and Telecommunications of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, highlighted the activities of CREAPLUS, which has been shaping the cybersecurity landscape in the region for more than 15 years, to the assembled security directors, cybersecurity officers, IT managers and experts.
This year, the company launched Coro, an innovative artificial intelligence solution for cybersecurity, in the Western Balkans. According to Mitja Trampuž, the Coro platform has successfully addressed the specific challenges of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region and their outsourced cyber security service providers.
"For several years, we have been intensively looking for a solution that would simplify the delivery of cybersecurity services by managed service providers to small and medium-sized enterprises. On the other hand, we wanted to relieve the burden on those responsible for IT and cybersecurity. Coro has proven to be the ideal solution that is highly efficient, simple and affordable," said Trampuž.
This innovative platform enables SMEs to acquire, virtually overnight, the core capabilities to ensure cyber security and resilience in line with the requirements of the NIS 2 Directive and local legislation. In many cases, these companies act as suppliers to essential and important entities that are legally obliged to manage security risks in the supply chain.
In his address to more than 100 conference participants, Trampuž also touched upon the provision of local support, with CREPLUS already having a strong local team in place with Coro to provide technical and user support, as well as to assist partners in business development. The presentation was followed by Sven Kicivoj, Partner Sales Manager for the Balkans at Coro, who explained the specifics of Coro's AI security platform and its impact on increasing the productivity of security teams, as well as the platform's support for NIS 2 compliance.
In cooperation with CREAPLUS, Stellar Cyber, a company offering solutions for operation management in security operations centres, also presented at the conference. Mateo Nappini, Sales Director for Southern Europe at Stellar Cyber, presented the business and operational benefits of the Open XDR approach, which provides operators of various cyber security solutions with central management and efficiency gains in the implementation of processes for detecting, responding to and mitigating cyber threats and incidents. The Stellar Cyber platform is increasingly popular with regional security operations centre service providers, and is already being used by some of the largest telecom operators and IT service providers, as well as business group security operations centres.
