CREAPLUS stood out among Slovenian cybersecurity solutions with its artificial intelligence security platform, Coro, which is designed for lean IT teams and MSP/MSSP providers of small-to-medium-sized enterprises.

On the opening day of the 23rd Infosek conference, it became clear that cybersecurity is a popular topic among Slovenian organizations. CREAPLUS’s initial contacts with participants revealed that organizations want simple yet comprehensive solutions that place the least possible burden on system administrators.

“Until now, there has been no cyber solution on the market that is fully tailored to companies with lean IT teams. Coro is designed for business environments that lack the personnel and financial resources to effectively manage cybersecurity,” said Mitja Trampuž, CREAPLUS director.

On Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 11:15 a.m., Sven Kicivoj, Coro’s Sales Manager for the Balkans, will present the Coro platform’s automation, user experience, and robust security capabilities to participants at the plenary lecture.

CREAPLUS is responsible for distributing and implementing the Coro platform throughout the Western Balkans region. According to Trampuž, the platform received an exceptional response this year, particularly from providers of managed IT and cybersecurity services. The platform enables these providers to develop offerings that effectively address the specific needs of Slovenian and other regional companies. Demand in this market segment has increased significantly due to greater customer awareness, as well as the implementation of the European NIS 2 Directive on information security and local legislation, such as the Slovenian Information Security Act (ZInfV-1), the Croatian Cyber Security Act, and the Serbian Information Security Act. A number of industry standards have also contributed to this increase.

“The large number of customers places a heavy burden on security operations center teams, where analysts must provide a high level of service regardless of the customers’ size or activity. Coro uses a high level of automation to help these teams manage a large number of clients efficiently while enabling them to offer affordable services without compromising quality,” Trampuž added.

Participants in the Infosek event can visit the CREAPLUS and Coro exhibition space to see how the platform works and arrange a trial run with support from the CREAPLUS team. The Coro platform’s early users in the region are primarily MSSP service providers and medium-sized companies. Based on demand, CREAPLUS plans to rapidly expand the platform to both smaller and larger companies.
